http://tiny.ly/YHPx We all do it, talking to ourselves blaming, shaming and beating ourselves up. We keep saying how stupid we are, how clumsy, what an idiot!! then the even better bit; we answer ourselves “you know what you are like”, “what do you expect, I do that all the time”, “I did not mean to, I just did not see it”
Sometimes I hate to think how many times we put ourselves down in a day. Then multiply it by 7 days a week, then by weeks in a month and months in a year, how many years have we done it!!! No wonder we know how bad we are. We would never have treated a friend like that, so why do we think it is ok to inflict it on ourselves?
Time to stop and praise, encourage and support ourselves, it will feel strange at first, but it gets easier……go on try it, you´re well worth it.

Train your thoughts to what you want, then you will find a way to get it.

http://tiny.ly/YHPx We hear a lot about affirmations in the self development world and even if we do not fully understand them, breaking the word down affirm, to give something or someone power in our mind, we endorse that thought whether good or bad, I am stupid, my boss hates me, I am hopeless. Action is the second part we keep doing it over and over again until he get the thought into our minds as a solid belief, then the action follows. I need three cigarettes or five cups of coffee before I can do anything.

Not true as not everybody in the world does that, but when you believe it to be true you will feel terrible every morning, you will wake up expecting to feel bad, because that is who you are. Change your thoughts, to undo your beliefs and your actions will change.
Just think how great you will feel in the morning.

Choosing to change, taking the action to change, seeing the change in your imagination, means that your future will definitely be different to your present. Everything you want, you are capable of being and having.
